***This class can be purchased by using the "Shop" button in the menu at the top of each page.*** This Adult and Pediatric blended learning First Aid CPR AED training certification course combines a 1.5 to 3 hour online learning course (done at home on your computer) with a 1 to 2 hour in-person hands-on skills session with an instructor (time will depend on how many of the optional topics you want to cover). The course prepares individuals to provide care for a variety of first aid emergencies including life-threatening bleeding, choking emergencies, performing CPR, and use of an AED. Adult CPR, Child CPR, and Infant CPR are included.  Instructions: Step 1: Once you have paid for the course here you will be sent a course activation email. The email will be sent within 24 hours Monday-Thursday. If you pay for the class on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday it could take until Monday for course activation email to come through. Step 2: Complete the Heartsaver 1st Aid CPR AED online portion of the course. The online course can be completed in approximately 1.5 to 3 hours. You have 30 days from the time that you receive the course activation email to complete the course. You can complete the online portion as quickly or slowly as you wish within 30 days of receiving the activation email. You will be able to save your progress for the online portion if you need to stop and come back to it later. Step 3: Print the certificate of completion when you are done. Step 4: Schedule a skills session with us by calling, texting, or emailing us to set up a time. Be sure to bring a copy of your Heartcode BLS certificate of completion to your skills session! It must be done on a computer or iPad. Blended Learning classes have a no refund/no rescheduling policy. Once you pay for the course you must complete the course (online portion and skills session) within 30 days of receiving your activation code. The activation code is only good for 30 days. It is the responsibility of the student to complete the course within the 30 day time frame. Failure to complete the course within the time frame will result in the student needing to purchase the course again to access it.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund once you pay for a class. Your payment can be applied to a future class if you have an emergency (COVID exposure, death of a loved one), but not if you simply don't show up to a class or you decide to make other plans. The instructors commit to the schedule on this site and this class takes significant set-up time. We are a small business and will lose money if instructors commit to a class, but no one shows up. You can re-schedule to another class with 48 hours notice (less in the case of an emergency). Blended Learning classes have a no refund/no rescheduling policy.
