The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course is designed specifically for workers with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as healthcare workers, correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, health and fitness club staff and tattoo artists. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. Upon completion of the online course, students receive a course completion certificate that can be presented to employers. Cancellation Policy

There is no refund once you pay for a class. Your payment can be applied to a future class if you have an emergency (COVID exposure, death of a loved one), but not if you simply don't show up to a class or you decide to make other plans. The instructors commit to the schedule on this site and this class takes significant set-up time. We are a small business and will lose money if instructors commit to a class, but no one shows up. You can re-schedule to another class with 48 hours notice (less in the case of an emergency). Blended Learning classes have a no refund/no rescheduling policy. Once you pay for the course you must complete the course (online portion and skills session) within 30 days of receiving your activation code. The activation code is only good for 30 days. It is the responsibility of the student to complete the course within the 30 day time frame. Failure to complete the course within the time frame will result in the student needing to purchase the course again to access it.
